This was my first professional facial service and was quite excited/nervous about what to expect. Lydia explained each step of what she was doing, as well as which products she was using on me and what purpose it served. I’m entering my mid thirties and my skin has gone from oily to oily and very very dry and I don’t know how to handle the dryness as double moisturizer and face masks are not working especially during the winter. Lydia really took the time to listen to my concerns, go over what she was going to do, and what I should do at home. She took her time with each step of the facial and used so many great products. Several steps included focus on the pressure points on my face and that was my favorite part. I didn’t realize how much pressure I was holding in my face until after we were done.
